Our people are our most valuable asset at Portman Burtley. We work with our farm team to develop them and ensure there is career growth for them in the future. Our staff are a key component to our business, so we take great care to invest in them and help them develop. This is achieved through participation in regular training courses and by being involved in management meetings and decisions. Wherever possible our staff are recruited locally, benefitting the local job market.
